I assume you guys don't have your individual phones connected to your desktop computer directly since most modern desktop machines only have modems available as extras add-ons. please tell me you don't know the basic difference between consumer applications and Enterprise applications. What edition of Office 2003 do you have to have which came with Exchange Personal Edition? I can tell lots of times, almost everytime that it is more usefull than MSN Messenger. It makes signing in to Messegner a pain.
