Just delete every partition off until there's only one shown. If you change anything, your laptop will not boot into Windows and you are SOL without a Windows installer. So you should be able to wipe the other two. How can a (wizard) lich remove his paralysis from a victim?
I get a similar error type messed maybe 2 or 3 additional times and click ok each time at the end it says i was successfull at the fix or something.
