Unfortunately, I've had to revert to iTunes for now so I hope this gets resolved soon. Excel - dedicated to Excel, powerful program of Office suite. Worked for me and far less drastic than messing with the registry, reloading Windows or WMP. They're the result of a "punishment" that took so long to happen they became laughable and stupid. Strange that yours remained installed.
But that doesn't mean you have to live without them when you upgrade! I had noticed that everytime I booted Windows 7 up, an error message popped up complainingthat Windows couldn't connect to all network drives. This is starting to drive me nuts... I need a patch for this Sheit.
