This is exactly the problem I have experienced, apart from only having 2 engineers and finding fault between home and green junction box, which hasn't cured the internet disconnection issues. and me, not being too tech-savvy, having trouble solving the problem. It may be downloading the pictures twice: once on your home computer and again at your work computer.
